Heroes: Ceolwic, Rat, Elwyn.
With powerful magic, the Heroes rout the warforged troops besieging the Fortress. Ceolwic decides to spend a few days in Lamannia, to heal his tired soul, and share wisdom with the Guardinals.
Elwyn wishes to expose Merrix' plans to the rest of the world, and urges Dhusarra to confess everything in Sharn. Dhusarra asks to be given 1,000 of the warforged in the crates, for her own protection, and to take over Cannith Tower in Sharn after Merrix's fall. Elwyn refuses, and Dhusarra leaves without any further explanation.
Rat and Elwyn teleport to Sharn, leaving the Golden Dragon in Vathirond, to await further instructions. They start to spread news in the Cogs of the doom about to befall Sharn, hoping to save as many lives as possible. A part of the population takes the hint, but soon chaos ensues, as more and more desperates try to leave Sharn, pillaging and burning on their way.
Elwyn informs House Lyrandar of the whole plot, and he is called to make a statement in Skyway, in front of the gathered Dragonmarked Houses, Noble Houses, and officials of the King's Citadel. Having no evidence to support his words, he's sentenced to be held in Sharn until proof can be delivered.
With the fate of the continent in danger, Elwyn sees no other option than defying the Citadel: trusting in his Lyrandar Dragonmark powers, he springs for the nearest balcony, and jumps into Sharn's smokey skies.
