An half-orc with a dragonmark, I was bullied by the stronger kids as 'not worthy of the mark'. In response to the bullying I learned to turn the other cheek, and if that didn't help I hit them with any part of my body he could use.. hands, elbow, feet. I grew up nimbler then most, evading them whenever I could.
But in my evasion, I ran into a monk, who had seen me fight. He took pity on my situation of being bullied, and taught me the proper ways of fighting unarmed. While teaching me, he noticed I was quite a good study and I showed an interest in their ways.
And so I joined the local monastery and got my education there. Once my education was finished, I went on my ways to join the House of Finding, and was on a mission to Sharn to deliver reports to the guild there.
I met up with a halfling druid named Ceolwic, and then we got ambushed. We barely made it out alive, but my then-friend had lost his locket. I said I'd help him find it back...
Death (session 5): He did not survive a chance encounter with a Minotaur (and a critical hit from the monster's greataxe!).
