Heroes: Mral, Ceolwic, Temoi, Ibiki.
With no way to move the remaining wagons, Vikari and Gendry recover those members of the Pilfering Wands still alive, and leave the scene. The stranded passengers await rescue, which comes one day later from the nearby station of Wroat. Among the passengers, the Heroes meet the Seren barbarian Korynth.
In Wroat, the Heroes are offered the accolades of house Orien, and are put on the next train to the north. When they reach the city of Passage, in Aundair, they're contacted by an Exorcist of the Silver Flame, Solinthas, who offers them a huge sum to retrieve for him an amulet. The magical necklace contains the bound spirit of a Rakshasa Rajah, and it is kept in the vaults of the local Kundarak bank.
The Heroes plan their assault at the bank, checking the premises by pretending to be clients, and contacting a dodgy gnome by the name of Rurin d' Sivis who offers to help the Heroes for a hefty bribe.
A few nights later the Heroes spring into action. Ceolwic and Temoi summon dire badgers, who burrow a tunnel connecting to the lower levels of the bank. Then they use a stone shape spell to create a door, and enter the premises, where they're met by an Invisible Stalker guardian. This guardian defeated, they reach the secure vaults, but even their powerful magic cannot break the safeguards placed on the locker containing the amulet.
The Heroes wander the vaults, eventually reaching a security post, where several Kundarak guards keep watch on a master key-charm. The Heroes take care of the guards without killing anyone.
