Heroes: Ibiki, Ceolwic.
The Heroes ask a few questions to Kroga the baker, but cannot find any incriminating evidence. Kroga does mention a "competitor" baker, Borgo the dwarf, cook at the Bluebird Inn.
At the inn, the Heroes question Borgo, but the dwarf seems innocent. They also meet Corlina the elven dancer, married with Roctar the warrior-trainer, Adrina the serving maid, Drummer the warforged janitor, and Lucian the drunken artist.
During the following two days, Borgo and Drummer are also found dead. Evidence seems to point to Lucian, but it is only after Roctar is killed that the Heroes receive important informations from Corlina.
All the victims were once member of a travelling circus. During one of the performances of Volin the Beast Trainer, a deinonychus killed a changeling girl by accident. The mother of the little girl swore vengeance on the circus' members.
Two days prior, Corlina was spending the night in Volin's house (!), and saw the changeling woman leaving Borgo's window. She didn't report the event, because she feared her husband would find out she was being unfaithful.
Not long after receiving this revelations, Ceolwic and Ibiki's food is poisioned by Adrina the maid (most probably the changeling in disguise). Adrina is nowhere to be found after this event.
Ceolwic goes to Volin's home, and finds him engaged in battle with two summoned deinonychuses. Volin is killed, and Ceolwic falls after a short fight. As Ibiki reaches the scene, she sees the changeling woman escaping from a window.
